Finished quilting today
This is king sized so the picture isn’t great but it was great to make. I’m really happy with this quilt- especially happy that I finally got it all quilted- it took a long time.
it is a French Braid quilt from Jane Hardy Miller’s Book “ French Braids with a Twist”
i still need to get the binding on it, it’s all made, my task for tomorrow is to get the first side stitched on. I’m sure it will take me a week to do the hand stitching- it’s a big quilt
The background is a very light wedge wood blue fairy frost everything else is grays. The fairy frost gives it such a nice shimmer.
