Reba, of do tell about your trip to Missouri Star and the 2.5 quilt. Just can't seem to get enough 2.5's.
Here is what I have been laboring over this past week. I finished the quilt, then looked at it from a distance, calculated how big it would be when I added the borders and ripped it all apart and reconstructed using the economy blocks differently. Yes, indeed I do make quilts that have no, not one 2.5. New result and joy is back in my sewing room. Now layer and quilt ASAP. The wee little owner of this quilt is on his/her way in the next week.
