Anyone remember about ten years ago Cracker Barrel had the most darling quilt that had teddy bear faces in the blocks? Wonder how hard to make that would be? I'm a teddy bear nut! Well a nut who loves teddy bears.

I'm not familiar with it, but I'm sure somebody on here is. Have never seen so many helpful people as the ones on this site.

These are darling patterns, amma. The ones at Cracker Barrel were like they cut the face of a teddy bear and sewed it on to a block. They were adorable and I was flat broke. I've watched different sites hoping one would come a long, but if you want something, you'd better do it yerself, HUH. Guess I need to invest in some teddy bears.

I sure thank you for your kindness.

    Blessings,
    Ruth

yes, I have one of them along with the pillow to match (the quilt is falling apart but want to cut the bear off and put it on another quilt)

awww craftybear, lucky you. I thought they were so adorable. Next time I go to the Dollar Store and they have just the right bear I'm going to get a bag full and try, just a little throw for my couch. Now that would suit me to a T. Big kid at heart, ya know! I bought a bag full some time back to make my 'burden bears' and they were a bit smaller than what I saw on the quilt. Guess I should figure making a smaller throw would/should take smaller bears. Whatcha think? Thanks for your response.

    Blessings,
    Ruth

I don't know if this is like the one you want but it is a cute bear quilt.

I made one and used minkee for the bears.

No, it isn't the Cracker Barrel Quilt but it is darling. It will make some little girl very happy.

The Cracker Barrel Quilt was in earth tones, some plaid, and just the Teddy Bear Face mounted (sewn or glued) in alternating blocks. It was pretty nice, too.

    Thanks for the interest.

    Blessings,
    Ruth
