Salvages

When going to the link below to vote on for #8 (as requested in another topic) there was a question "What do you make with your selvages?" Do any of you save and use you salvages, if so how do you use them?

I saved my salvages because I saw different things you can make with them. If anyone wants them and wants to pay postage let me know. I keep tripping over the box and need the space so I can, well, you know...buy more for my stash. LOL

I have started to tuck them through my blinds in the sewing room. A visual reminder of what I have sewn with.
My husband does remote control airplains and I'll give him my selvages to hang them from the basement ceiling. They don't stretch and are easy to tie and free.
