My first animal portrait

Did you ever figure out how to posterize a picture? I jumped in and signed up for a Marilyn Bedford class at Quilt University and I am in so-o-o over by head.
I think I had better just do what I can for now and then buy every book on the subject and start studying my head off.
I downloaded a free 30 day Photoshop trial but is it ever complicated. Think I'm going to go to Staples and see if they can do better job figuring all this out than I have done of my own. Then I better shop for fabric...Wish me luck.
I hope mine turns out as well as yours did!
