    Carrie I really like the idea of using lots of colors in the quilt. I do love the scrappy look!

    It's beautiful, love the colors. I bet the next one won't take so long and by the 3rd you will be an expert:-)
    BTW are those 4 1/2" blocks?

    When I learned how to do that block it was called the 3d bow tie - now that it has a different name does that make it a new block????? Love your colors no changes needed...just keep going and you will be happy when ya get it done and you can then call it a real accomplishment...

    Ah so glad I am not alone. It takes me weeks to do things that should be done in an hour. Hopefully I'll get less busy soon and then things will speed by a bit better. Just hard being patient when I want it finished already! Well done on a beautiful block.
