I am so not looking forward to another winter.I would like to retire so that I could look out my window and say"I think I'll have another cup of coffee and start quilting" then laugh like a loon thinking about everyone who has to go out in it. Evil Me!!

We have only had a cold front that came in quickly,
some rain off and on. Cloudy and cold.
Great day for shopping I guess, I think everyone must have
gone shopping. Walmart was a busy place, the Lady at the material desk, said she never been so busy.

I think it will be true. We're in the midst of a huge storm right now. We have at least 14 inches outside and it is still snowing. We lost power for about 3 1/2 hours (which is not so bad, we were expecting it to be off for at least a day!) but we lit a fire, candles, and have all our camping gear so the kids wouldn't have starved. But today was the first day in at least 2 months that we had no plans at all for the weekend and I really wanted to sew. At least it's back on now. Hopefully tomorrow I can get to my "studio" (read basement).
    Stay warm everyone.
