We had one. We saw people in the street walking past our house even though we had lights on and decorations up. Everyone went down the street to the house that was lit up like a airport runway with a headstones everywhere and ghosts floating in mid air from the trees. That had to be more fun than our house. Oh, and we had the GOOD candy too. I think I will skip Halloween from now on. I am marking it off my list of things to do.

well.......we got 5 bags of candy...172 pieces each bag. They handed out one piece to each child, ran out just before 8pm. minus a few for the handlers fee.

The church across the street had their party, so we got traffic, but no treaters.

I had to work late and didn't get home until after 8. My neighbor said it was very busy; which I would have loved to see the kids.She also told me she watched a woman come up to my pitch dark house and screw in the lightbulb. I had my daughter make sure it was off so that not only would no one waste thier time but my dogs wouldn't go crazy. She said this happened about 3 times. I was surprised. I went to Wendy's and got gift books for the kids that live close to me since I wasn't there to give out candy.

I had 80, everyone had a costume. The little ones were so cute and really on up to the teenagers who all dressed up. I always make bags and put in 2 pieces of candy and some sort of toy or gadget. This year everyone got a stretchy skeleton and a pencil sharpner. The kids always comment on they like my house, Because I put up lights and have these stand up characters and even remember when I am missing one. They look like other children coming for trick or treat. They even like the dog and call him by name. So this is a day I have fun with. - J

We had over a hundred. Probably close to 150. We had to turn the lights off by 8:45 as we were out of candy. We live in a very popular trick or treat area.

We had about 150. We bought 2 bags of 150 pieces each and had to open the 2nd bag. But I'm sure my DH ate a few between treaters!!!

we had the least amount in years - only about 300! I'm excited about it. Means I can donate all the leftover candy to the dentists who send it to our troops overseas.
