I will live vicariously through those that will make this quilt.

I just got the LBB CD with the patterns--only. The blocks/pieces are really tiny! However, if you're game, so am I even though I have more quilting projects going than anyone with good sense should have. I just bought backing for an anticipated quilt, but it will work for LBB, sooo.

I live in Trophy Club, Texas, in the northwest corner of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Not that it matters, LBBs can be stitched anywhere. If anyone needs help, I've taught needleturn applique since the mid 70s and can answer questions or send step-by-step photos.

I have both the book and cd and I have block #1 started. Funny you post just today as I'm ready to quit. I find the pieces for very small and the points on the leaves VERY hard for me to do. I keep reading how but I'm getting lumpy results and I happen to be very particular. Please if you can post a few video using block 1 leaves I would sure appreciate it.

Best of luck on this one. I think it's just a bit more that I could do.

No words to express for that one! Beyond beautiful. I have the pattern and have dreamed. Can we sew in heaven?

I'm in awe of anyone that even thinks about tackling this. Don't see this one in my future.
