Well its now been fixed . Since the recipient is ME , for a change, I would have seen it every time I made the bed. Now I still have to figure out how to quilt it and what to do with the borders.

From my experience, if I walk away until I calm down and stop kicking myself, I can do a pretty good 'blockectomy' and afterward it really doesn't seem too painful.
It's a gorgeous print and lovely pattern - good luck!

I don't see anything wrong with it.

If it's for you unsew it and fix.

I'd fix it now. I think we are our own worst critics and you probably won't be happy unless that block is perfect.

I would pull it apart so that the pattern was correct. "Someone" would be bound to notice the point is in the wrong place and then it would nag at you - so perhaps take it out before you do more work on it?

If it bugs you, then I'd say rip it out if it will keep you from enjoying the masterpiece on your bed. Otherwise, leave it. It took me probably 15 seconds of studying to figure out what was wrong.

    Default Take a deep breath!

Do it, do it, do it!!!! I promise it won't take nearly as long as you think, and you'll be so glad you did. Your quilt is beautiful (love the colours) and if you just rotate that block, instead of being irritated whenever you see it you'll have a warm glow of satisfaction!

Ooops! I see you already did! Bet you feel better!
