Gladie what size do these have to be? I have thought about it. I had one that was 9 1/2" but it wasn't small enough so I recycled it another way. Is there a minimum size or just a maximum size?

Rhonda, these are to be no larger than 9 x 12, but the creativity used in them is limitless. Here's the how to page from alzquilts.org if anyone is interested.

This afternoon getting the backings and binding cut so I can put a finish on a couple more; so look out for more pictures in the next week or so.

I went and looked at the quilts that are available for sale and there were over 800 little quilts!! I so enjoyed looking at them!

I am going to make some just have to get started.

Rhonda, I believe alz.org took 1500 of them to the Houston International Quilt Expo in November and sold somewhere around 1200 there. Anyone can go to the website and purchase quilts online.
I've been reading some testimonials from some of the early quilt makers. It is heart wrenching to hear what many have gone through with Alzheimer's in their families. I was most affected when my dear childhood neighbor became a victim. I like to think she knew I was there when I visited her a few times, but we never know.

Don't you love it when you can see a design and use it for yourself, even if it's in a different way. That's why we share. How big are your triangles?
