Default Small quilt for Black and White Challenge

Our quilt guild had a challenge to make a small quilt using only black and white fabric plus one crayon color which we drew from a paper bag. My color was lavender and this was my entry. I really enjoyed doing this. I got the idea from a picture of a loon in a book and used fusable webbing to apply the different fabrics to the loon. This was a challenge I really enjoyed doing, but I didn't win. It was fun!

I adore Loons-and your quilt is a beautiful picture of one! I especially love the shadow in the water......
