Beautiful - I had been wanting to do a bargello maybe this will make me act. Was this from a pattern or book or did you make it up?

I still have not finished this. I need to get it done by June. I have the accuquilt go pink ribbon die. I went to my LQS yesterday and they suggested using a darker pink border and appliquing some of the pink ribbons using the colors in the quilt. Do you think that would look good? I put it away because I am so afraid just adding a big border will make it look like I didn't want to do any more work on it. You ladies on here are so helpful can you help me understand that it will look o.k. with just a big border. Thanks.
