I got the Strip Tube Ruler(inside the packaging are directions to make the Daniela Block out of strips) and then on the Cozy Quilt Website they show a different variation. Now I found these free patterns on the Hoffman Fabrics site:

I only have a few special use rulers and I am determined to find lots of ways to use them. I also have tons of strips cut and want to empty some of those boxes. So if you have one of the Strip Tube Rulers and have other suggestions, please post. I would love to see them.

Hi you posted the same pattern twice. I have her strip tube books. They are absolutely wonderful. I also use the ruler the make HSTs.

Thanks for the HST use. I now see the how to at the top of the direction sheet. I found the tute on YouTube, too. So another use for this ruler-woohoo!
