    Default Pansy quilt

I created this quilt for my Sister. I lost her a year ago and she loved pansies!
It was a very Therapeutic Quilt project for me because it helped me feel close to her!

Beautiful work and I know this quilt did help you in your grieving. I started a quilt when I lost my son. It is in a small wicker basket in my room. Every once in a while I will take it out and do some hand quilting on it and cry, and remember and now I can also smile too.

Sorry for your loss. Losing a sister is very hard. I also lost mine last May. Your quilt is very nice and I hope it was theraputic for you. If you ever need to talk to someone who has been there, please send a PM.

You did a good job on your quilt. My Dad loved Pansies too; and i have been collecting fabrics to make a pansy quilt, but just haven't decided on a pattern yet.

What a beautiful quilt - the pansies are so realistic. I'm sure it will give you much comfort.

Nice quilt. I know how you feel. I lost my sister very unexpectedly almost 2 years ago and I'm still finding it hard to believe. Last year I made two memory quilts in time for the first anniversary. I gave one to my niece and the other to my nephew. I will post pics if I can work out how to do it.
