Default I Need Recipes Using Bisquick

We have been given several boxes of Bisquick, and I can only make just so many pancakes. Can you help me out with cobblers or cookies or something? Thanks so much.

This recipe doesn't use too much Bisquick but it's tasty.
In the summer I like to serve it with Italian sausage, roasted peppers, sliced fresh tomotes and maybe a salad. It can be served hot or room temp and also as a side dish.

    Zucchini Casserole

3 cups zucchini, peeled and chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 eggs
    1/4 cup veggie oil
    1/2 grated Italian cheese
    1 cup Bisquick
    1T dried Italian seasoning
    1t garlic powder
    salt and pepper

Mix everything together and pour into a 10" greased pie pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until it is nicely browned.

Tried looking for recipes online. I found page upon page of biscuit recipes, but not much else. That's why I came here. I figured you might have something different.

They used to have a receipe on the box for Imposible Pie. It is great. If you like quiche it is quick and easy to make. you can also change the basic ingredients to add any veggies or meat you want.

I also make the basic biscuit and add fresh herbs to the batter.

2 Cups broccoli florets or cauliflower
    1/3 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped green or red bell pepper
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup bisquick ( original) I use the heart smart bisquick
    1 cup milk
    1/2 teasp. salt
    1/4 teasp. pepper
    2 eggs

    heat oven 400 degrees

    9" pie plate

steam or saute the broccoli till almost tender. stir together the cooked broccoli with the other veggies and cheese and put in pie plate

mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over veggies in pie plate

bake for 35 to 45 minutes untill golden brown and a knife comes out clean from the center.

    Yummmmmmmm

You can also go to Bisquick. com and find lots of great stuff!

    peace
