    Thanks oma66, I saved it to favorites some time ago. Glad I was able to finally make it. I love the simplicity of it. She wanted something modern but yet country chic, you know the latest style of burlap, old weathered doors, antique lace and twine, everything painted turquoise.If your on Pinterest you have probably seen it.

    Default Here is the pieced back, forgot to post it.

    When I first started quilting , I thought you could only have a solid backing. I learned from the QB and other sites that pieced back are an option too. Now, I am partial to pieced backs,and tend to use them all of the time. There is more of the top fabric than you can see, about equal to the bottom fabric. The clips just wouldn't hold the weight of the quilt this morning.
