    Cool Visited Block Therapy

We hopped on the motorcycle the other day and drove to Gautier, MS and I got to visit the Block Therapy Quilt Shop. It was definitely worth the ride. They have rooms full of fabrics! Everyone was very friendly and helpful and it was a fun visit. Be sure to check them out if you get over that way.

    Block Therapy
    4353 Gautier Vancleave Rd.
    Gautier, MS
    228-202-1493

We went in on Hwy 90. We went thru Pascagoula to get there. :-) You're on Hwy 90. Gautier Vancleave Rd runs into Hwy 90 and there is a traffic light at the intersection. Turn right (north) on Gautier Vancleave Rd. The quilt store is only a few blocks down the street and it will be on your left. I believe it is Singing River Mall that is just past the intersection of 90 and Gautier Vancleave Rd. Hope my directions are ok. If not, you can pull up their website or google them and you should be able to get a map.

I think I know which one you are talking about. Does it have a scrapebook section there also.

If I am right it is a mother and daughter store. The mother does quilting and the daughter does scrapebooking. What a lovely combination. I took a beginners quilting class.

Wow..my mom likes in Ocean Springs...just down the road from Gautier. I never checked to see if there was a quilt shop there. There is a nice, but small, one in Ocean Springs. I visit my mom quite often.

The name of the Shop in Ocean Springs is Janet's Quilting Bee off of Porter Street. There is also another one in Gulfport of Hwy 49 north of I-10 called Coastal Sew and Vac, but there are not vacuum cleaners in there. Sewing machine/sewing machine repairs, fabric and a longarm. The owner does one on one class to teach you to use your machne to the fullest.

I love, love, love this quilt shop (Block Therapy). And it's only 6 miles from my house.

Thank you all for the information. I see a trip to Gautier and Ocean Springs tomorrow. I have been here for 6 weeks and love it here on the Gulf.
