    Default Raffle quilt finished

    Just finished sewing the binding on this quilt which will be raffled off next May to raise funds for my dog club and German Shorthaired Pointer Rescue of PA. The front is all flannel and the back is red & blue cottons.
    It measures approx 60" square.[ATTACH=CONFIG]369344[/ATTACH]

    Nice! You are so lucky to find a selection of fabrics for your breed. We can hardly find anything for mine - not just fabric - but ANYTHING.

    Actually that GSP print is quite old. I bought everything I could find about 20 years ago.

    My oldest son,55, recently retired from teaching... had a serious heart attack. He just got a German Short Hair puppy. She will help with his walking therapy. What a darling! As time goes on, I'm sure they'll be huntiing! Wish I lived closer....I'd have to buy a few tickets or bid on it. It is adorable, you did a beautiful job!!!
