I don't know. I just iron them and put them on the floor so I can stand above them to take the picture. Sometimes I have to search to find a clean spot on the floor.

    Default My last 4 blocks

Hi all, I haven't been posting for a while, but I've been following. I finished my last four blocks, right off hand I don't have a clue what block you are on, but I decided to make my blocks into 3 lap sized quilts, so I made 36 of the blocks, and the Ohio block was my very first paper piecing I had ever done, so I had framed that a year or two ago. So I actually ended up wit 37 blocks. Now I have to figure out how I want to put them together and if I want to QAYG or put sashing or just what. So it will be a while before I get that done. So...here are my last four blocks. Am waiting to see everyones finished projects.

    Klgreene, Beautiful blocks.
Mona Lisa, West Virginia is such a kaleidoscope. I like the first one for the fabric and the second one because the star shape shows up more. I'm no help.

Katie, beautiful blocks. MonaLisa, I can't decide either. Both are great.

Very pretty, Mona Lisa!! Doesn't it feel great to finish? Well, almost, except for assembly, removing paper, picking up confetti a thousand times and quilting!! LOL

Progress report. I am doing QAYG in large sections. Here is my center section. It is quilted all over with "Matrix," a wiggly grid pattern from Leah Day's free motion quilting project.

I love that quilting. I'm done with my blocks, now I have to figure out the quilting. I like this idea. I'm making 3 lap size instead of one large quilt, so this is a good possibility. hope you don't mind me stealing it.
