Default Mom's quilt

Well i was actually able to get my Mom's quilt and pillow shams finished - and mailed - to arrive only 3 days late for her 82 birthday...She loves purple. This was a test / challenge for myself - as i did my own method of "quilt as you go" for all 9 different segments of the queen size....and it worked. Several of you ladies here on the board gave me the courage to mix the purple and green. She loves it - and said it even got a "wow" from my Dad. Thanks for looking.

Purple and green look great together, and your quilt just proves that. It's a lovely quilt and will look great on a bed.
