Default man's quilt - cheaper by the dozen

Our minister's 10 year anniversary with our congregation was this month. I made him a hunting/fishing quilt since those are passions of his. This quilt spend a couple of months in Time Out because I couldn't get the tension right in my FMQ and had birds nests on the back that took forever to rip out. Sigh.

Pattern - Cheaper By the Dozen (a FQ pattern). I added the blue sashing since the blocks seemed too busy to put together without it.

I wish I could remember what web site had the fabric - I'd order it again!

Great colour choices, especially the blue sashings. Love it.

Oooooh! This is fantastic! The sashing really works well to calm the quilt.
