    I tried this technique yesterday and all my 32 HST were i/2 inch too small.

    when i saw this tute i figured I would use it so I copied and pasted it to a word doc and now it is in my docs. i love to make minis so thought this would be perfect for lots of mini quilt things!

    I'm sorry I can't find it! It's just what I will need in January.
    I did notice the blog seems to stop with Feb 2012 so maybe the rest of it was deleted or corrupted somehow.
    Those of you that do have it might consider doing a tutorial on here for the rest of us!

    I just tried it with 2 ten inch squares and my blocks came out just a scant over 2 inchs. So for minis i might try two 9 inch squares and two 8 inch squares. Any one else try it yet??

    I tried it using her math to make 2 1/2 squares. Ours came out too small. Plan to work on the formula tomorrow. Will try to work out the math and post. Give me a couple days.

    I wanted to make 3 1/2 inch finished squares. Using her math, mine came out to 3 1/2 inch unfinished squares.

    So frustrated! I would love to try this method, but it will not display anything except the box stating that it does not exist. Can someone re-post this technique? Thanks
