I laughed and laughed when I read your post. Now that its been pointed out , I doubt I would be able to see anything but the "unique" quilted stitches.

I blush to say it, but this happened on one of my practice pieces. Thank goodness it was ONLY a practice piece... I now am really good at loopy-loops with leaves!

ROFL, I've been tempted to imitate those species too. Thanks for the laugh today.

Yep, I've done this. I always just hope it'll shrink up in the dryer.

    Wait. That sounds wrong.

Bwaa haa haa haaa!!! That's too funny!

I'm the kind of girl that would be highly entertained if such a thing accidentally showed up in one of my quilts. I'd probably give it to my mother and see how long it would take her to notice it.

I have thought the very same thing! I even try changing the directions and lines!

If it had only been a "random" hidden one or two, I would have them it alone, but it seemed like they were everywhere and I couldn't see anything else, once my DD pointed it out. Really glad to see I'm not alone....and you're right no matter how you say it, it sounds wrong! It has made me laugh though....

You made me laugh today. I guess it is kind of like looking at clouds. Different people see different things.

I have a friend that makes at least one of those on purpose and hides it somewhere inside her quillting as a signature. You have to really look for it, but believe me, she has one there. So, some people do it on purpose. Don't feel bad. My meandering isn't perfect but you've got to keep trying. Don't give up!! Get back on the horse.
