i was thinking of skipping the next one, but a small group is tempting. i will have all my obligations done by march so that leaves plenty of time to over commit again, lol. because of physical constraints i can't quilt every day, and i have lots of fabric already waiting to be made into something yummy! see my dillemna? ( i know it's spelled wrong, but you get the idea. ) i'll think on it! i hate to miss the chatter and eye candy and just plain ole fun! BTW, i do want to thank everyone for swapping with me. i love my blocks you made and i can't wait for the final few to fly home to mama! see? i'm not the only one down to the wire!

I'm really celebrating cuz I just finished all the blocks and heading out to the post office. Whew.....this is only my second boom....and I JUST HAD TO DO A BIG ONE!!! LOL...I had a couple of unexpected stumbling blocks (hand surgery being one) and was really worried I wasn't going to make the deadline....but YEEHAW and Praise the LORD!!
I made it!!

Well, almost got a Finished project done. Just need to quilt and bind and put together, just wanted to share the top. It has blocks for Boomerang 7, Wonky log cabin, and Fall leave swaps! and I think it came out very nice.

I'll have to sit the next Boom out. I haven't even put my blocks together from the first Boom I did (Boom #3), plus I've done a gazillion "themed" swaps, so you can imagine the enormous pile of blocks I've got sitting here! Also, the piggy bank is pretty scrawny right now, and this isn't exactly an inexpensive swap. I'll try to join Boom #10 later on, though.
