Ok I don't even know where to start.. where have I been? haha oh yea.. in lala land with this cold. I'm on antibiotics now.. yay me. Stressin bout life, also yay me.. but it's ok.. Anyways

Since the fat lady is singing (aka, me, have started sewing) I'm hoping everyone is making progress on their toppers cause time flies FAST!!!! omg so fast.. crap.. school is almost here. *sigh*

I don't mind sagging tattoos I believe in the idea of when I die I want people to look at me and say she lived an interesting life! I love the idea of grannies with tats.. I love the idea of grannies swearing.. It's just so out of the ordinary that it makes me smile. Anything to balk societal rules on who/how we should be. WITHIN REASON. Let me disclaimer that. I'm not ok with anarchy and violence and whatnot, that's not a who/how we should be that I"m ok with balking. But the prim and proper and old people should be... and young people should be... and.. hehe that kind of stuff. My therapist once asked me where I get the rules that I keep stressing myself out trying to hold myself to.. Such things as, worrying about what people will think of me because I keep my clothes folded in a pile on the floor (or just shoved in a basket).. she's like.. is it working for you? then who cares. Well.. Society seems to care. We are such a society of Judgement it makes me sad. I think it's what causes a lot of people's neurosis. Certainly mine. Not to say I'm not also someone who's judgemental. I realllyyyyyy try not to be but it creeps up and rears it's ugly head sometimes. I'm not innocent, but there's people sooo much worse than I.

Anyways.. so here's a sneak preview of the work I have done today.

And Mary "Hot Toddy". I've not received any packages I love packages.. but none.. And no notices about "pick up your package from the post office".. The joys of the ghetto, sometimes packages walk off. Hadn't had it happen before, just my dog food, but it wouldn't surprise me one bit. However if they walked off with said package, I'm sure they're sorely disappointed.

I'm sometimes too blunt for my own good, lol. I'm going to be one of those swearing grannies one day. My gramma was one too. You could talking anything in front of her & she could care less as long as you were respectful to her. If you weren't, she'd beat you with a wooden spoon no matter how big you were! I was visiting mother one time & my aunt, cousin, gramma & I were sitting on the porch at my uncle's house. My cousin & aunt were talking about my cousin, who was 15-16 or so at the time staying the night at her boyfriend's house and only the mothers knew it. I thought I'd pick on her a little and said "Uh huh, and just what are you two doing?" Gramma said "Well what the hell do you think they're doing? They're not playing tiddlywinks!" She was nearly 80 at the time, and knew more about her granddaughter's sex life than almost anyone did. My aunt's eyes got big as saucers and she looked at my cousin "You told Grams!?" My cousin just nodded her head "Did you think I was going to keep it from HER?" My gramma was funny.

OK, before I go, I gotta say I'm absolutely in love with the blues in your runner!

Anastasia, that is a riot! Can you imagine someone opening a box of scraps and going???WTF... had me laughing. Ok I am going to try again, maybe they will leave your stuff alone now that they know it isn't very interesting!

My very first ID on line was "Hot Toddy and the other one was "Mrs Lincoln", but you would be surprised how many did not get the joke! Any way I am no longer either! I just wish I had picked a better board name, because now that I am no longer a Todd, it seems to be hard to get rid of!

I love that blue table topper, as I scrolled down I at firs thought it was the brown one, I like both LOL.

Robinlee, I love the sneak peek, i can't wait to see the final product!

And a little FYI. I am going to be gone for a few weeks, not really sure how long, but my mom fell and really hurt her hip, so I am headed to Oregon to help take care of her and convince her to check into assisted living places. Other than move up to Oregon with her,(I just can't leave the hubby) giving her round the clock care is getting to be very difficult, besides I know assisted living homes can be pretty cool.

Any way if you send me a Table Topper in the next few weeks I am sure hubby will tell me when it arrives, or else I can give you my address in Oregon. Well I can give it to Anastasia and she can give it to you, since I will be there for a while! just something to think about~

Here's another teaser, fabric I will use on the back... (oh that "brown" is my rug, I love my rug)

I so too Brat, has anybody received lately, where's the pics or ask your sender to post them for you. That's over 1/2 the fun, seeing what each other gets and seeing new ideas. Love that blue too.
Anastasia now I know why you never said anything to me and I didn't want to ask you, don't know why, first time I've never opened my mouth.....Dec. 3rd you were sent a pkg and it came back as confirmed delivery, Xmas friend surprise pkg. that I wanted you to have for your family Xmas dinner. It had fabric, etc. and baby Rudolph for your decoration. So if you ever see him in someone's window or such, you know who stealing your parcels........
