For some reason I thought the theme of the table runner had been put to winter instead of Christmas..I had originally made this table runner, then changed and made the mitten one instead....just wondering what you all think of this one? Either one will work for my "swappees" tastes...so I thought I would ask for opinions...and then pick one to send her...Hard to see in pic, but I did decorative machine stitch around each ornament with shiny gold Sulky thread...the ornament "holders" are shiny silver thread applique...Thanks for y'all's input..

First off, most of the -- actually all of the runners are great, there are some I like better than the others - as I'm sure we all do. Kiffie, I think the original theme was winter, but Christmas is during winter, so no biggie there - and I think your ornaments are just neat - if it's for me, the mittens are great, but the ornaments are great too. And Luv2Sew, I really am partial to americana, so love yours as well. Nothing has arrived at my mail box yet this month. Ship date is fast upon us, so looking for something in the next few days.

I like them both too! But have to say I wouldn't use Xmas now and would have to wait a year, so for this winter I'd use the mittens. But I really like both of them.....Think it's your pick

In case there's another one???? I sure hope so as soon as this one's done. I sure be ready for something less wintery and snowy. Guess that tells you how the weather is here. Snowing again, wind blowing, 6.8 degrees and suppose to get below zero, think it was like 7 below. Like I said, just lovely Wyoming weather.

It's been mid to high 30's and 40's here the last 2 days and drizzly rain, everything is all melty and wet, and it's going to freeze and get darned cold this weekend. Good thing I'm gonna be holed up fiinishing my runner and my homework. I am sooo tired today. hehe. but I don't want to sleep all day tomorrow.
