Well April! It seems the large group will be ready to rock and roll in no time! I think we should call us the Crickets. We are all so quick at finishing our blocks and do such lovely jobs. we are quick as a cricket! yeah sign me up. oh wait you signed me up. Like before we were signing up lol you saw me coming.

This is true fun everyone. And you wont spend an evening ever wondering gee what will I do tonight? or tomorrow. instant presto projects.

squaring up your quilt ugodschild is pretty important. I stopped worrying about keeping all the points and magically lost very few. I think if YOU love owls then owls it is. The fabric industry dictates what the trends are sure.. but we can buck all trends and say this is ME right? besides thats what ebays for. buying fabric the stores aren't selling anylonger

Hi April! I am new to the quilting board but would love to do the Friendship Quilt! I think it is such a cool idea. I have been looking at lots of fabric trying to find the perfect one. My SIL is a huge traveler so I think this quilt would be perfect for her and she would really enjoy the story behind it. I emailed you last night with all my information. I am so excited!

so a small group of fat 8's at 18X11 is a little under 3 yards? I'm trying to decide if I have enough to cut them without buying new lol

short and sweet you can still send it out if you want to. You don't have to send the same fabric to everyone, each F8 can be different if that's what you decide. You get 8 cuts per yard. The last boom for 1 group I sent out vege's and fruit, all different, and made placemats.
