I would love a tutorial on this "Magic Square" quilt. Were all the strips cut to the same widths, or did you just dig into the bins?

Look forward to seeing the tutorial you post!

You did a fantastic job, it is a perfect pattern to "try" to empty the scrap bins. I keep making scrappy quilts and for some reason my pile seems to grow, I think there is a scrap monster in my bin that sneaks them in from other quilters bins.

Beautiful quilts and a huge dent in your scrap bin, it doesn't get better than that!!! Great job!

Just to peck your interest the strips are from 1 inch to 3 inches in width and up to 17 inches long, sew them together to make a 17 x 17 inch square, no special cutting and I even used pieces that were pieced together as long as they fit the above criteria, heck I even sewed 2 uneven and non-matching pieces together to make 17 inches. I am at work now, so the pictures are on home computer - so hopefully by Friday night I will have the Magic Square tutorial posted. Bridge club tonight Thanks for all the comments!
