Hobbs 80/20 is a wonderful batting. The sale at Connecting Threads is a very very good price.

I've used Quilter's Dream -Select. My favorite is Hobb's wool blend. I wonder about the bamboo batting. Has anyone used them and what is the the advantage?

I quilted with the bamboo and cotton this week and I liked it. It was on clearence at Joann's last week.

Cotton is just a choice. I usually use warm and natural as a go to batt, but I have used a low loft poly that was a very good choice. It was about half the price of the W&N. I am considering buying a whole roll.
