    Default Inspira frame

I have an older Inspira frame that I bought. it came with the leader fabric included but doesn't say what size to make them. can anyone tell me the size they need to be. This frame was made for the viking mega quilter.

I just measured mine and they are 102 inches. It has been a while since I set mine up...but I think I just cut the fabric ,that came with the frame,in three pieces and serged around the edges.

not sure how you are using yours, but I absolutely love my set up. I use the frame with the mega quilter sewing machine with stitch regulator. I did buy my setup brand new..but it has more than paid for itself!

I can go measure my leaders, if you like, but my frame is a Hinterberg stretch. I would think all frames are fairly similar, but not sure. Offhand I do know that the leader on the bottom front pole (where I normally attach the backing bottom) is twice as deep as the other two. I have also seen a frame where the quilter made that bottom leader even longer, so it could be pulled completely over the other poles and have the edge lying on the panto table. This was so that she could easily attach her red snappers by pressing down on the table. (It can be hard for arthritic hands to press into red snappers because it requires some hand strength.)
