    Thank you MamaBear. I had to break it up somehow. The colors are so bright that my eyeballs couldn't rest so I inserted another one of my favorite patterns! I used this same technique as sashing on a quilt I made last year for my youngest GD.

    I love this! You know what I find really neat? (and I had to go back to your close up shot to see)...the way the round flowers add another dimension of geometry to the pattern! I thought you had sewn circles & semi circles in there, then I realized you had said D4P...and had to look again. It's a neat effect!

    I REALLY like the squares on point down the one side. Really sets off the quilt! I'm going to "steal" this idea, its great!
