    Default Welsh Style Wholecloth

Here are two pictures of a Welsh Style wholecloth I made in 2010. The size is 72"x72", it's hand quilted and the batting is pure cotton. I needed about 4 month to finish it, 6-8 hours of quilting per day.

For the design of the quilt I was inspired by a quilt made around 1932 in Wales.

That's a great job, I have always wanted to do one. I'm sure they didn't have 6-8 hrs a day to quilt back then, wonder how long it took them to finish a quilt like this.
