I'm picking #1, because I love orange & blue! Going to read 1 last thread & then go finish cutting this runner & get sewing. I felt like I'd been beat yesterday, dang allergies. Thursday morning I was so miserable I was late for work. The pollen count was over 8000 that morning, twice what it was a week before. Thankfully we had a big rainstorm overnight & it knocked some of it down, but it's still been pushing 8000 & probably will for another week or so. It's oak, pine & poplar allergy season, and how lucky am I that I'm allergic to 2 of those? So, I'll be staying inside this weekend all I can. Have to run to Belk at some point today though. This is the last day of a really good sale. They have men's khakis and slacks in about 10 good brands buy 1 get 2 free, then they have a bunch of other stuff 40-50% off. I bought Dusty and my boyfriend each 3 pair of pants and a golf shirt for Dusty for $174 Thursday night. It was a good thing too, since Dusty needed the shirt to wear for his first day at his new job yesterday.

Here is a topper I put together today to send to my niece as a thank you for a gift she made for me. It was fun, and she loves frogs.

all batiks in brights!! yup, nothin' subtle about me! but first i have a little quilting to do. i always put it off, performance anxiety, is there a little blue pill for quilters that will keep us going for 4 hours, and after that we have to see a dr, no doubt because every muscle and joint is angry. hmmm, probably not! would the fine folks who brought us viagra please start researching this?!!

The table toppers are pretty. Vanogay, do you know where I can get a pattern for that?

What a pretty topper Vanogay. I am almost finished with baby quilt for nephew. Just waiting on label and it should be here by Tuesday. Then 90 minutes after I get it, I can be finsihed with it, wrap it up and send off to Alaska. Then I have to catch up on other way-behind things before I have company on the 22nd. No swaps for me for about a month. Just wanted to pop in and say hi to all. Love seeing the pictures.

I got the blocks for my tropical topper done today and there's only 2 more seams to finish before the border goes on. Had to stop to go to dinner with friends & now my tummy is upset (I know better than to eat that whole thing by myself!) from too much grease, so I'm going to bed soon. Of course, I have to go check on my facebook game first, lol.

Vanogay, I think you stole one of my fabrics! So pretty!

that was a fun table topper. Sandy show us your quilt!! share share share is the name of the game here

I just heard from Mariposa she is getting ready to mail, I think Jaba has mailed so we are slowly sending things home. I am excited when the posts start coming in LOOK WHAT I GOT! Mine is ready for the mail on Monday or Tuesday depending on if I sew binding at home or not. Ok Tuesday I like to sew binding at dialysis this way no cat comes up to me to curl up on my lap while sewing. I try to avoid cat hair on things as best I can. honest! However on received items well I put them down for two seconds and everyone has to test run it to see if its any good. claim jumpers!
