Default Redneck solution to bouncy table issue...

    Bouncy Table:

No more bouncy table! It looks like it would collapse, but it's in there nice & tight, and it's not going to move. Sa-weet! Now I can practice FMQ "full throttle"

Okay let me get this straight, if you are innovative and thrifty you might be a redneck? !!!

Great fix! I have the same tables, the plastic box and the wood! It never occurred to me that I could fix the bounce and vibration like you did.

Hope it works! Please becareful that it doesn't fall on you/or your legs! I have laminate floors, so I don't know if the carpet was the problem for you. My DH cut a piece of plywood the size of my table, used the router around the the edges & sanded it ( no splinters)! Mine was trying to sag in the middle, forget using a cutting mat on it, and my machines would dance all over it. When I used my serger, well let's just say "game on."
If yours doesn't work here's a back up plan!
    Good Luck!
