    Default Unauthorized visitor message

There is a message in my notifications that I have an "Unauthorized Visitor Message". Don't know why because the message was from my June doll quilt swap partner and seemed to be ok. Can you tell me why it is unauthorized and how I delete it? I'm tired of seeing it every time I open the QB. Thank you.

that just means you have not yet marked it as approved.
you have several options when it comes to visitor messages posted by others to your profile page.
you can also go into Settings and turn it off so nobody can leave them in the first place.

I have one too -- I would like the administrator to delete it since I can't figure out how to do this myself. Thanks.

Has your grandson changed his password since it started? If not, that might stop it at his end.
