    Default applique patterns

I was at the International Quilt Festival in Rosemont (Chicago) yesterday, and visited this vendor's booth

    www.frommyhearttoyourhands.com

Let me tell you, pictures do not do these little beauties justice! Very impressive, beautiful work, beautiful colors. I purchased the Stitch in Thyme pattern and can't wait to get started.

I also attended the quit festival yesterday. It was wonderful. So many beautiful quilts to see. The show truly inspired me. The vendors seemed to go on and on. Had a ball, shopping. So many new and exciting products and fabrics. Did major damage to my credit card. They do need to rein in the over-priced food charges though, $9.00 for a sandwich? Seriously?
$13.00 to park? Oh, well, a couple of times a year is okay, I guess. I'm worth it!!!!!!

I love her patterns. They are well displayed and easy to transfer. I learned needle turn applique on her patterns and found them so easy to work with. Enjoy the journey.

Sounds just like here in Australia. These days BFF, Sheena & I go in by bus or DH drops us off. I make us morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. Along with fruit and a bottle of water each we are set. It all goes into a backpack which is easy to carry. We will usually buy a cup of tea for afternoon tea time. We are in need of a fix by then. This saves our senses being insulted and leaves more money for goodies.
