I wanted to join this BOM when it first started but I had (still have) so many unfinished projects. Then Anael showed her blocks and I had to try just one. Well, of course I couldn't stop at one especially after going back and looking at all the spectacular blocks/quilts this group has done.

I hope it's okay if I post the pics of the first 9 I have done even tho I didn't sign up. If it's not okay, sorry and let me know and I won't post any more. Just love all that I've seen and wanted to share mine.

Anael and Jan, great blocks. These stars were so much fun I'm tempted to make some more. Just kidding, at least until I put the ones I've got together. I love the Alaska, Anael.

PokerDiva, CONGRATULATIONS. A great ending to a starfilled journey.

I plan to start this quilt in January...needed to set myself a goal to get a few more UFOs done! I have my fabric chosen (got it for a different pattern, but like the idea of using it on this quilt better. Probably will need more background fabric...I can handle that.

I've been though many pages on this thread and hope to get through them all before January and make notes on any problems/suggestions people had on certain blocks.

I've been slowly working on these, but I think I'm going to start over. I did several with a white background but then tried one with a black background and I like it much better. I'm going to make enough white ones to finish a small quilt and then switch.
