YES JB you are on the right swap. Your names will not be on the partner list as ya'all came in after the list was posted. Your names will be listed w/partners next month.

Hey, Brat, while I'm here....You said you could do another block - I have a gal that's been on the Bee for some time, but she's having surgery Oct. 28th, and wants to be in the Nov swap, BUT wants to make the block early. Would you want to swap with her now? She said she cud either go ahead and send the block now, or hold it til Nov to mail.. If you are interested, I will let her know, etc...

Since it's 1 AM at this moment, think I'll hit the sheets, and will share info when I hear from you tomorrow.. She's aware I am looking for a partner for her. Rest good...ttyt

MadeInMaine: Glad you liked the block, I had fun making it. Sorry, I didn't take a picture of it; I will take pictures from this point forward. . . .GP

My partner, the fabulous rfbrazell told me right off the bat he was going to make me two blocks so I decided to match his good graces and make 2 for him- he wanted my choice. Then he said he was going to make me three special embroidered blocks, from what I hear he makes amazing embroidery. Bless his heart, he said the 3 embroidered blocks are red, white and black, red for my fire service career, the white and black for fire. And if that wasn't enough, as we chatted back and forth he learned I love antiques and Victorian design and snowmen so he is planning on sending me some blocks with vintage snowmen. He is a wonderful person, I have loved chatting back and forth. I feel very fortunate to have him as a swap partner. I sent my blocks to him yesterday, I'm just hoping he is pleased with what I made. I am waiting anxiously for his blocks to come and will definitely post pictures when I receive them. I just wanted to thank Robert "publicly"!

well Material girl where are you? I need to know your theme.. wait its houses I believe? churches? am on on the right person here my memory is not the grandest mostest, hostess now to check my email to see if that is right. phew. thank gosh I didn't toss that oksewnsew!

I think mine will arrive tomorrow at their destinations hope that they get posted did I take a pic? NOOOOO do I own a camera that is always on the counter to do that? yes yes I do. bonehead! I spent yesterday sewing a fun little apron for my grandchild. what should have been a one hour job took me all afternoon. I didn't have a pattern. I didn't know what size to cut it as I have not met her and my son couldn't give me a clue to what height she was.. dunno was his answer! argh pirates.. so I cut, I sewed , I worried.. it was a bit scary for me I want it to be right. she is 8. her birthday she says is going to be great because FINALLY she will be allowed to wash dishes. yup that is what she is most excited about for her birthday. so an apron to keep her clothes clean but I think that excitement will end soon lol.. shoot its surely ended for me!
