One inch sides...finished...so you can cut out fabric from jelly rolls...2.5 inch strips ...makes it easy...

What a wonderful quilt. I have been working on one for a few years. I take it along with me to the hospital or when we travel. It will get done someday. I hope it looks as good as yours.
