Default Disappearing 4-Patch for an elderly friend

I used 3 full charm packs from my stash that were kind of vintage in nature (don't remember the name, but they were from Moda) and paired it with Kona snow yardage I cut into 5" squares. The backing and binding were "aged muslin" from Marcus that resembles tea dyed muslin with mottled coloration. It is for a dear friend of my mom's who lives in the same facility. It measures 57" x 71" after squaring up each block to 8" unfinished. The last 5" charm square was used in the label. I hope she likes it. Let me know what you think.

beautiful quilt. When you do your labels do you just put your fabric thru the printer? and is the printer laser jet? and will it be permanent or will it wash out? sorry for all the questions.
