Elle, what mistake??? I know you did tell us, but if you hadn't probably no one would have noticed. We are our own worst critics aren't we????
Another beautiful box. I think the mistake was like a Freudian slip, so now you have a box for you, LOL ;-) . But truly it is lovely.

Way to go Patti. Love the box, it came out beautiful and you did a fantastic job. Love purple and white together. Thanks for posting the finished product.

that is a great box, I am thinking maybe getting DS to help make them on his day for his sisters, something that he can help make without a lot of sewing and something that the girls could use. I will have to reread the supplies and look when I head in today

Yes CB...your DS could do it...the sewing is mostly hand sewing though. There is lots of gluing and waiting for the glue to dry. DH thought I worked on it forever...but it was mostly doing a little here, then wait...then do a little more....then wait.... ;)

He has been known to pick up a needle and thread on occasion. I insist that all the kids have the basics down. He is pretty good with glue as well. I tend to try and do a lot of hand crafts with the kids. Though it is harder now that are older and info other things.
