Ha Ha, QNS, you are too funny!!! I commented on QuiltE's flimsy in the other thread and have been browsing the tutorials to think about making a few items for my sister's charity bazaar this summer...I've started a few different things and saw the tissue holder tute..they are very easy it seems...I've been taking it easy..was supposed to visit my sister this coming week but the brakes on my car are starting to make some noise so I'll have to have them checked out this Monday..it's just as well...another snow storm is on it's way to the east coast...where it's supposed to land is not known as yet...Jan, you better hunker down..it seems you've been blessed with each one so far this winter...That's about it for me right now...Who's next to check in ???

I'm here as well. My cousin's wife passed away, so we are going to a memorial service this afternoon. The only good think about these functions is that I get to see my siblings and cousins. At least those that are still living! Good grief, it is the pits getting old!

And QNS - you are definitely not boring!!!

It is goood to see a couple of replies. Guess the others had to prep for more bad weather or whatever.

I took my pain killers and attack the quilt room to arrange it so I could 'see' everything and not lose any one thing. Yes, I did find the PC tote with the BB in it. Its on the shelf I can see at all times...now. Organized my reds and blues for my Stars; labeled the Dear Jane box tote, on one side wrote 'Jane' with a backward letters on the 'ane' to display when it it gets to me or pushes my buttons of 'panic attack'. Labeled the Sylvia tote, too. Took additional totes out of my closet and put it into the quilt room, organized by closet better as well as the QR. DH suggested I used up more fabric by completing the projects...funny...great sense of humor there somewhere.

Cooked butter beans and made a pan of chicken with noodles. Used the bones from the breasts I fixed yesterday to flavor the noodles. Have 'discovered' fresh pineapple spears at Wal Mart that is wonderful with almost no waste...yummy...quick dessert at the end of the meal.

Tuesday storm is coming through lowering the temps down. Keep those winter clothes handy.

And a new Babe on the way ... is this sister from the wedding last summer?
Oh how I know you will be loving, sewing for this wee one, DDamsel!

Yes ... we had another storm here last night.
One good thing about March storms ... they come and go pretty quickly!
Now if we could only get a really good meltdown to get rid of what has been left behind all winter.
Of course, a slow meltdown, to minimize flooding issues.

Oooooooooh, yes, sweet puppies...very cute, sweet and $$$$ into the wallet.

Knee and ankle still swollen this morning, so best if I give it a break and stay off of it more today. Counting my blessings, and enjoying the day...have a good one, too!

QNS, have you thought about taking a diuretic to help with the fluid retention in the leg?? parsley pills help also..acts the same way but more natural....stay away from the salt...

D_D, such big puppies!!! How many of them do you end up keeping..What is the breed again??
