All the blocks made for Terriamn so far are really great! I love these Swaps. I learn something new everyday....like, for example....today I learned to make sure the points on a row of 1 1/2 inch HSTs are turned in the right direction before sewing them on the block.

I really like what you did with the elephants. On to the next block!

Jaba, I got this one done for you today. It's "Tennessee" from Quilters Cache. I love your florals for different states. Are the iris Tennessee's state flower?

What do you do as a matter of routine? And why? i'm curious to know if you think this is a rule that should be kept, dropped or left to each person's own discretion?

And if you are too busy playing with your fabrics to answer now, don't give it a thought. I'll ask again at a later time when things calm down for you.

    Happy Stitching!
I only prewash because of the rule...I will do as everyone ask, but prefer to sew without prewashing.

    Default Katskiddin Block(s)

Beautiful Blocks Galore! Beautiful color and design choices. This (these) blocks are for Katskiddin. The pattern is from Quilters Cache - Buckeye Beauty. When I made the 2 different half square triangles for this pattern, I ended up with another set.....so It just made sense to make the second one while I was there.

The photo shows the two together. The cream squares went white in the photo, more soft grey/ivory than the photo.
I don't know how this will post...may have to just load the one for now. (There are two separate blocks. They are not sewn together. Hope you like them.
