what kind of blocks are you collecting for your quilt?
would love to see everything you have. Is it a coincidence
that your block has purple in it???We'll miss you but we'll talk.

Katdennis that is a very pretty needle book you received from Angela Gray. Very pretty pins she made too. Yummy candy.

Thanks all for the nice comments for The things Starla made.

Karen thanks for that tip. I guess I waited too long so I don't have that option now.

Lynnie I thought that too when I seen the pretty purple in the block, but she did mention to me she had some really pretty purple. Thank goodness there is only one of me Lynnie. I have been collecting pieced blocks with any assortment of purples, pinks, with any whites, greens, etc. mixed in or not. Small designs mixed or not with solids. It's really wide open for a quilt that I think will be pretty.

Lynnie turn your head as I say this. Don't look!

While taking some time off of swaps, I want to practice some paper piecing too.

Katdennis, I came home to a wonderful surprise in my mailbox!!! I will take pics tomorrow, but had to thank you and post that I received my fabulous needlebook and goodies!!! I sure wish I'd known that you were sending from Poulson, Mt! We were in Big Fork and surrounding area all weekend and ate lunch at the Subway there in Poulson on our way home today? Small world huh???

Kat, what I pretty needlecase you received from Angela. I've never seen that candy before. Let us know what it's like.

I can't believe that Ronda was in your small town this past weekend. It really is a small world. Next time, you have to get together. I've personally met several people from the QB and it is great!

Well, my temporary job ended yesterday. It was nice while it lasted. Now I can concentrate on quilting.
