    I didn't man to imply that the link on to how to make a curved log cabin block was the Hills and Valleys pattern. The Hills and Valleys pattern says to "Insert a smaller Curved Log Cabin block in the corner of a larger Log Cabin block." I thought the link would help in figuring out how the Hills and Valleys pattern is made.
