The baby goats are so very cute. I'll take the little black and white one. I'd name her cookies n cream. I've always wanted goats, but having to do their hooves scares me away. The package to my partner was delivered yesterday. Hope she likes it. I got some bad news today. The puppy I am getting lost his mommy. I guess the mama had eclampsia. They rushed her to the vet but they were unable to save her. Her nine puppies are only three weeks old. I do hope the puppies survive. I told the lady i would come and get my puppy and care for it. I raised two kitties and they did quite well. I'll keep you posted on how he is doing.

Those poor babies losing their mama. How devastating! I hope that you can still get your little fur baby and take care of him. I did the same with a kitten and he lived to be 16. Please keep us informed.

I am so sorry to hear about your puppy's mama! The babies got to be with mama for three weeks, right? They got that wonderfully healthy, anti-body giving colostrum and should do fine, though it will be time consuming. Goats milk makes a terrific substitute milk for orphaned pups and kittens, by the way. If you could get him and hand raise him that would be fantastic for both of you.

Keep us posted. (Saying a little prayer for a good outcome for all nine pups!)

    LovingMadisonLouise,
I'm sorry it took me so long to post these for you, but I had to learn how to re-size to attach. Here are the pics of the PC/NC I sent you.

Dee, lovely swap you sent to LML! The greens are beautiful and the ribbon makes it all so rich and sumptuous looking. Love the stork scissors, too! Thanks for sharing pics of your lovelies!

Deb we are going to miss you but you sure have your hands full. That's a lot of trees. I have mostly perennials so I don't have to do much yard work. I wonder if the mother that had the other litter could take on some more pups. So sad. Dee that is a nice swap. The ribbon is a nice touch.

Oh my gosh look what came in the mail today from Loving Madison Louise, the most darling kitty pincushion I have ever seen!!! The kitty sits on a cushion that is used for pins and alongside the kitty is the needle case. Gwyn also included several goodies in my package, two counted cross stitch kits, one with an Easter Bunny and the other that gets made into wind chimes. She also included 3 coordinating FQ's, a crocheted pot holder, Italian coffee, a Hipster Cat quilt pattern, and a novel called the Amish Bride of Ice Mountain.

Thank you soooo much Gwyn, everything is just wonderful! I will adore the kitty pincushion for ever and ever!
