I am 61 now getting ready to jump into 62, and except for the alternative I don't want too. lol.... But, like my son said to me once a long time ago, "mom we stick around to see what's going to happen next." Back then he sure was right too. No wonder I feel old. As I heard once also, "growing old is not for the faint hearted."

Lynnie see you are a young-en compared to a few of us.

I will admit I wish I could get all the massages like lynnie does.

Roserips that pincushion with the little chick is so cute. Very sweet.

Roserips, I was looking and looking at the pincushion you made and cannot figure out how you made the little chick. Can you share?

Glad you had a fabulous day Lynnie, gees you've got to feel younger now and think of how much money you saved on those lifts....you must feel fantastic!! My Dad tells me his B-days , he's 97, don't bother him at all but mine sure do. Now, I tell my kids that too. They are 45 and 47

Rosemary, I am sending warm thoughts of comfort out to you as you go through this difficult process. You have often been on my mind during my month off. We are many miles apart, but you are close in my heart.

Actually Suzy0879 made the P/C for me and the chick is a little squeeze, I just set her on top since she looked like she belonged there. My P/C got stuck underneath it all I guess, anyway it is matching Easter egg print with a cute little green bow on the cover. All in all a wonderful swap.

Default April P/C and N/C swap

I am posting pictures of the swap I sent to Angela, Thank you for being so patient with me. I used a tin from StarBucks the filling is wool roving. (I have discovered a yarn shop in town that carries it and a $3.00 bag does about 3 P/C's so a little more spend y but well worth it.) Half the tin is the P/C and the other half has a N/C in it I included a snap bag with thread snips and a tape measure.
