Good for you finally playing with your new toy. You will find with every quilt that you are much better at the motif or panto after a few rows. Even the greats, like Green Fairy, say that. I know with my quilts no matter if I am freehanding or doing a panto the design is more flowing to me after the first roll on to the take up bar unless it is a design I have done many times before, like feathers. I can do those like signing my own name now.

An excellent utility quilt and you are going to be a pro soon with the quilting!

Doesn't it feel great when you get your first quilt done on your long arm? Good job.

For a first attempt at your machine, you did very well. A bit more practice and the tension will get better as you learn to feel the machine.
    Great work.
