Default Does anyone else see a pottery video at top of page?

I often notice a video at the top of the Quilting Board pages which shows a pot being formed on a potter's wheel. There no text with the ad and, as far as I can tell, no audio. So what the heck is it for? I've watched it all the way to the end and I haven't got a clue what it's advertising.

    Tate

P.S. I just remembered - I see them only when I'm not logged on.

Sorry don't know if I ever get it. I would not take much notice as ads seem to represent our particular areas. I live in Near to The Potteries UK.

Are you talking about the pottery that is spinning around and a hand keeps changing the pattern? If so, yes I have seen it, but can't remember where, when, or why. Sorry, not much help in answering your question.

I've never seen it---I see no ads of any kind--I have "ad blocker plus".

i have reported this to tech support and marketing.
however, they will probably need more information than has been provided in order to track it down and block it.

the next time you see the ad, please position your cursor in the bottom left corner of your screen to see if you can catch the URL of the source. if you get all or part of it, please post that information in this thread.

I use Chrome and don't get any video ads. I do get the regular ads at the top of the page for all kinds of things. Those ads can be personalized if you want to take the time to do that.

YES! I had posted to administrator about this as it's getting rather annoying. The only comments have been from other board members that I need an ad blocker. And, like you, there's no name of what is being advertised. The potter does beautiful work but I've seen the post enough that it almost makes me dizzy when it appears--again!
